Q: What is the backup caregiver service?

A: If your regular caregiver is unavailable due to annual or sick leave, we provide a replacement caregiver at no extra cost. This ensures your family always has care when needed.

Q: Do you only provide long-term care?

A: While we specialize in long-term placements, we also offer backup and specialised services for families specific short-term needs.

2. The Hiring Process

Q: How does the caregiver replacement process work?

A: This service depends on the package you select (not available with the Essential Package), however it is available as an add-on to the Essential Package at an additional cost. 

 

Our process is simple and efficient:

1. Consultation: We discuss your family's needs and preferences.

2. Screening and Matching: We carefully select candidates who meet your requirements and share the best profiles with you. 

3. Introduction: You meet the caregivers, and we guide the interview process.

4. Placement: Once satisfied, we finalise the placement and provide ongoing support (depending on the package you choose). 

Q: How long does it take to find a caregiver?

A: It typically takes between 1-2 weeks to find the right fit, depending on your requirements. For urgent needs, our backup service ensures prompt support.

Q: Can we interview the caregivers before hiring?

A: Absolutely! We encourage families to meet potential caregivers to ensure compatibility. We also assist with interview preparation and guidance.

3. Payroll and Management

Q: What is included in your payroll and management service?

A: Our payroll service covers:

  • Salary processing, including taxes, UIF and other deductions.

  • Annual and sick leave tracking .

  • Payslip generation and record-keeping.

  • Compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Q: Do you handle contracts?

A: Yes, we provide assistance with drafting and managing employment contracts to ensure clarity and compliance for both families and caregivers.

Q: What happens if we're not satisfied with the caregiver?

A: We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with a placement, we provide a replacement at no additional cost within the first 90 days on ALL our packages.

4. Costs and Guarantees

Q: How much do your services cost?

A: Pricing depends on the type of placement and services you require. Have a look at our packages here. 

Q: Are there any hidden fees?

A: No, we are transparent about all costs upfront. Our pricing includes placement fees. Any ongoing services like payroll management will be clearly stated and agreed to prior to signing the contract. 

Q: Do you offer a guarantee on placements?

A: Yes, we offer a free replacement guarantee within 90 days if the placement doesn't meet your expectations, provided it is in line with our Terms and Conditions.

A: Yes, we specialise in matching families with caregivers who have experience in training and caring for children with special needs.
